by Kiriakos KontadakisThe Kennel Club of Greece has organized it's first two International Shows for 2009 on the well known showgrounds of Marathon Land, a private property near Athens.
The judges were Mr. Pedro Sanches Delerue (P), the Delmar couple from Ireland, Mr. Janusz Opara (PL) and "our" Mr.Zoras and Mr.Kapetanakos (GR).
BIS Judge was Mr. Sean Delmar who has chosen GINGER a female Lagotto Romagnolo from Italy for the podium Nr1. The almost 2 year old Lagotto (owner Mr. Novelli) was BOG and BOB by Mr Delerue.
RBIS was DIVINEMISM a female Afghan Hound from the open class (Breed and Group Judge : Mr Delerue). The RBIS winner was an Italian entry (owner Mrs.Della Rocca).
BIS 3 podium was for a German bred (Mr. Wiesner) but Greek owned (Mr. Varoudakis) female German Shepherd called ARRIVA VOM ZELLWALDRAND. Arriva was from the working class, BOB by Mr.Opara and BOG by Mr.Delmar.
BIS 4 was FAITER PRETTY WOMAN a female American Staffordshire Terrier (owner : Levshina) who came from St.Petersburg to the Greek Show.She was BOB and BOG by Mrs.Delmar.
