by Pupy NestlerWe have the pleasure to invite you from the Argentine Federation to the 3rd. Congress of Americas and Caribbean, from the FCI, during the SICALAM's week, on July 24th, 2003.
This is already an every years trade that makes our Section an advanced in the world for this kind of events. After the succes in Mexico and Puerto Rico we have now the chance to organize this congress for judges, applicants and breeders. The dissertators will be acknowledged breeders, judges and Veterinarians with international trajectory.
The subjects will be of great importance technically and will help us to join considerations about judging. It will be very important for applicants and breeders too, according to the norms and standards from the FCI.

-Dr. Margarita Durán, from Uruguay, who is Authorized by the FCI for the Evaluation of the hip dysplasia, and Prof. Brass assistant, will talk about Eyes and Dysplasia.
-Mr. Ramón Podesta, from Chile, FCI All rounder judge and Member of the FCI Scientific Comission will talk about the Differences between the Akita and the Great Japanese Dog.
-Vet. Dr. Jose Luis Payró, from Mexico, Member of the Veterinarian University of Mexico, FCI All rounder judge and Member of the Standard Comittee of the FCI will talk about Morphological and Functional Selection.
